Spring 2023 Picture Day on April 22nd
Picture day is April 22nd. We are using a new photography vendor, so there are new procedures to be aware of compared to last year:
- Photos are being taken as a team, so the whole team must be present together, including the coach. No make up photos are available.
- Coaches/teams can pick up picture forms from the concession stand immediately.
- The order form envelope should be returned to Fanatix Photography with your team information at the team’s picture time.
- Photos must be pre-purchased or purchased at the time of the photo using the order form that your coach can provide. If you are not happy with your player’s photo, the vendor says you can return the photo to them and they’ll issue you a full refund.

Reminders for parents to have a smooth and successful photo day!
- Please have teams show up at least 30min before their photo time. (We are on a schedule so if you don’t make it by the photo time your child may not be in the team photo.)
- Have parents fill out order form envelope and have payment inside envelope before their photo time.
- Parents check in at the front table if your buying pictures. Gather together as a team and when all players show up we can start taking team photos. (Bring at least one nice soccer ball)
- Please use checks or have exact cash to pay for pictures.
- Have players picture ready. Tuck in shirts, have hair done, wipe off face..etc
- Only coaches and players are allowed in the photographers photo area.
- After your team has taken their individual and team photo, please clear the photo area for the next team.
