Board of Directors and Officers

Members shall be elected in the following rotation:
a. President (even years, voting member)
b. Treasurer (odd years, voting member)
c. Secretary (even years, voting member)
d. Vice-President Recreational Soccer (odd years, voting member)
e. Vice-President Select Soccer (even years, voting member)
f. General Manager (Board assigned, non-voting member)
g. Past President (non-voting member)
h. Director of Player Development (Board assigned, non-voting member)

Officers and Commissioners of the entire Board shall be elected by the Board of Directors:
a. Discipline and Protest Chair
b. Registrar

Membership and Voting Rights
The Contracted player and parent(s) in good standing (all fees paid) shall:
    * have an interest in recreational and/or competitive soccer
    * support the goals and objectives of the Club
    * adhere to the Club Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules of Competition
    * have one vote per player at the Annual Meeting
Annual Meeting to be held after the CAYSA Fall Season and player reconciliation has been submitted. (Article IV, Section 4)
